I feel that this conversation is no longer productive and would like it to end.

People in this group have all sorts of nutritional beliefs and eating styles. There is no one " right " way to eat as per IE.

The important thing is that we are respectful of others. To that end, please refrain from judgement of the way others eat. So, for example, it's FINE to say " I have chosen to limit my eating of cheese because I believe it doesn't honor my body " but saying anything about what you think are other people's reasons for not limiting those foods is really not okay.

Remember that we are here to support each other. It is much better to err on the side of being kind than on the side of being " right. "

This thread is now closed.

Thank you,

Abby

Abby re thread closed.  Thank you!  I did not know you could do that, or that it could be done, but I too was not happy with the direction it was going and was stuck on.  Even if I may have added to it inadvertently.  It was helpful for me though to a point and the post from Gillian really helped.
