Guest guest
here is a little tip my fathers coworker gave me a few months ago. he told me he's had arthritis for many many years and his mother told him to take a shot of cherry juice every morning. now you can mix this with another drink cause it is VERY tart. But I have been drinking it for a few months now since at least october and i see a difference in my day. I also drink it straight cause im used to it. but I thought I'd give everyone a helpful tip. its hard to find sometimes...and its a little pricey. good luck... -dawn-
Guest guest
Cherry juice is high in antioxidants, helping to reduce the inflamation in your body, that's why you have noticed a difference. Guest guest
Gee, thanks for bringing this up. You are right about the cherry juice. I have a friend who from time to time has problems in her feet, recently her big toe. She started eating cherries and it was gone in no time. I think I will get me some. It would be worth a try.
