Agreed, Barb. To not eat because you thought you WERE going to eat but then find you're not hungry is really a major accomplishment! I used to eat because that's what I thought I had to do, and I would become so sick afterwards. That has not happened for a long time because I'm learning to stop more when I'm no longer hungry. , don't beat yourself up. You recognized what you did and you learned something from it. Move on! Probably before IE, you would eat that healthy dinner anyway....now you know you aren't hungry for it. That's coming a long way!

I have once again robbed myself of the gift of intuitive eating.

I ate "lunch" before hearing/feeling "the rumble." I didn't even feel close to hungry. It was one of those too familiar situations when food is presented - and I just eat. It's like Mount Everest. Why did I eat it? "Because it was there." It makes no sense and it is very disappointing - for several reasons. I will not be hungry for my healthy planned dinner. I am over full now. The foods I ate were not healthy. Blah. Blah. Blah. As if I have to tell you the reasons.

Thanks for listening and understanding.

Waiting for the next rumble,

, IE since 7/2011
