Guest guest
Debbi, welcome. glad you are with us and keep us posted. I am not a very good one to say much right now because of a medical condition I haven't been able to follow IE very well. Mostly it is just extreme stress over the situation. But I do know about the sugar trigger. Also I have found that coupling sugar/carb with protein helps. And I sure do have a sweet tooth. I think I am going to do the hunger/full part for a while and with awareness. Sandy Hello All,I've been AWOL for awhile. Not totally AWOL from IE way of eating. I have to say I agree with the one post I read about the woman who had trouble with sugar. I seem to do the same thing. If I have sugar it seems to trigger me. I got out my IE book and will be reading again. Since I haven't read it for a while. I've been searching again for THAT diet. I KNOW diets don't work. Not sure why I keep going back. I know hunger/full is the only way. I always feel more free doing it that way. I can't seem to get totally free. I'm wondering if a vet OR seasoned IE person would like to team up with me. Enjoying reading the posts. I'm back!Debbie
