Guest guest Posted June 24, 2011 Report Share Posted June 24, 2011 so far so good. thinking positive and not letting the world get me down (especially the diet (world thinking). i am eating good/healthy/unprocessed foods and enjoying them. i am relishing the sight and the smell and even the (sound) of the food. ever look at the green beans for example? how green? how fresh they are? how good they are? and a watermelon? especially when it is ice cold out of the fridge? mouth watering good...i use to eat because i get upset or am depressed or bored (i am sure i will again around pms time) but now i want to eat because i am hungry. and i will eat until i am full and i will eat things that are good for my body...i truly believe that food is not the problem. the problem is/was me and how much i ate and what i ate.....now i will eat but change what i eat. i am eating to live...
