Mia, I didn't know until about three weeks ago that Fada's condition was an

identifiable, namable, mental illness. I didn't start reading the books SWOE,

Surviving the Borderline Parent, or the SWOE workbook until Dec 18th. All three

are great. I was so angry when I read SWOE, the workbook forces you to slow down

and think. It is great! Enjoy dinner out with your fiance.

Thanks Kay. I have read the SWOE book & Understanding the borderline

mother. But I didn't know there was a workbook. Funnily enough, when my T

mentioned the workbook I said " I didn't know they made that! I have the

regular book and it's great! " She looked at me and said, " There's a regular

book? " LOL. Maybe I'll loan it to her. She's loaned me a ton of great

books.

And thank you for wishing me a nice evening out! I hope everyone here has a

great night tonight no matter what you're doing. Just be safe because I

want to see everyone here tomorrow =)
