Hi ...the AutoImmune Disease website has a link on the left that says Request Information ( I believe) they will send you to another page and on the right hand corner there is a box that states "Cannot Afford". That will take you to a page that you can print out and request your info by mail for free. Looks like they would love your donation (of course) but they will send you back what you request.

Not fair..think it should all be free!!
