Guest guest
I suggest (1) using less VCO, (2) drinking lots and lots of water, and (3) taking a look at what else you may be eating. In particular, I would eliminate refined sweets, refined flour, and all other oils right now. If you can cut out fruit and fruit juice for a little while, do that too. Include small amounts of good-quality salt in your diet: sea salt, tamari, shoyu, miso, sea vegetables. Nina Hi All..... I usually just lurk as I am no expert on coconut oil but I have to ask, I just started the coconut oil about 3 days or so ago and I feel really sick...headache's and upset stomach...is this normal???? Thanks for any help you can offer... Kathy Cook
Guest guest
When I started taking it, the same happened to me ... I had to cut back on the quantity taken at once .. I still get stomach aches from it, but I just take it at a slower rate throughout the day .. tina > > > > I usually just lurk as I am no expert on coconut oil > but I have to ask, I just started the coconut oil > about 3 days or so ago and I feel really > sick...headache's and upset stomach...is this > normal???? > > Thanks for any help you can offer... > > Kathy Cook > > > Kemp KARE (dir. edu.) www.knapp-time.com __________________________________________________
Guest guest
Your symptoms seem to be that of one who takes vco on empty stomach. Take it after eating your meal. Hi All..... Guest guest
Hi a. My highest SED rate was only 97 when I first got RA and now is down to about 50 or so. When I first started I had to be on 40 mg Prednisone daily or else be bedridden. It took about a year and a half to find the correct medicines and doses to get off the Prednisone. I'm now pretty well controlled on Methotrexate and Remicade. I have heard good things about both Enbrel and Humira so I hope they are very effective for you. God bless. ----- Original Message ----- From: a Rheumatoid Arthritis Sent: Monday, April 25, 2005 3:24 PM Subject: Hi all..... Guest guest
Ouch that is a very high sed rate. You must be able to tell just looking at your joints how bad it is.
