Shiri, I'm a large man and take 4oz, 3 times a day. I mix it with green tea. With a little one I would start with 1 oz in their favorite juice and work up to 4 oz. You can give it straight, but it's not the best tasting stuff in the world.

It is good to lubricate the intestines and help with moving things along. It's also good for any systemic inflammatory condition; cardiac, artritis, even diabetes. After taking for 45 days, my fasting blood sugar dropped 25 points and my CPK went from 720 down to 140.

Thanks Jim! Is it ok to give with meals, alongside digestive enzymes?

I give my guy (59 pounds) 1 oz 2x a day. I use 's aloe Vera juice.

There is no taste to it and you can drink it right out of a cup with no

bitter after taste. I give it in the morning and right before bedtime, and

he is regular everyday now.

You can get it at your local health food store or at www.vitacost.com I

buy it by the gallon and always have some in stock.

It's good for constipation. You can start with a teaspoon and go up from there.
