It sounds like it would be good for me.  I eat so fast and can't seem to slow down.  It's very frustrating and I don't know when I'm full.  Sandy

have you heard of the " slow down diet " I'm reading this book and moving toward a relaxed way of eating and thinking about food. it's a very interesting read
