Guest guest Posted June 28, 2011 Report Share Posted June 28, 2011 I am thirty years old and have had a bad relationship with food; when I was younger I was taught that being skinny was important. I have yo-yo dieted for years and am trying to find a healthy relationship with food. Recently I have gained a lot of weight because I have been stressed out and have been eating junk food every night until I am uncomfortable. My clothes are getting too small for me but that does not stop me from going home every day and eating junk food. I have a horrible self image and do not feel attractive. I am basically taking it one day at a time and am trying to make healy food choices at every meal and trying to stay away from sweet food.
