Guest guest
Thank you Nina, I've read much about this but I find it doubtful that anyone in the RA forum is an athlete with these concerns. Of course there is a slight concern for elderly. Of course I also understand that for people who have never drank water they will find any excuse to show that it's ok......it's not for the majority of the population we need lots of CLEAN water. If you don't have anything nice (or at least civil) to say, don't say anything at all to me. Nina
Guest guest
Nina, There is nothing confrontational about my message to you, in fact I thanked you for the information. You have a right to have this place to relax and sometimes vent, just like everyone else. Sometimes your sarcasm is hurtful, but I know that it's hurting you more than others and so I have no trouble forgiving you for the sarcasm you tried to send my way earlier this week. All I did was pointed out that you sent me information regarding athletes. I'm certain that you sent the information to me as a kind gesture and I appreciate that but it wasn't relative in this case. Had you researched further you would have found info showing that there is a small percentage of the population with kidney troubles that could have a problem with excessive amounts of water, or perhaps people who are constantly throwing up or have constant diarhea , but all these things should be monitored by a doctor who hopefully will ask about diet and water intake. I remain believing that our bodies need an ample supply of good, clean water to flush toxins, maintain healthy organs and pain free joints. I sent it to the list. Delete my posts. Set your filter to put them in your trash without seeing them and then you and I won't have to communicate. Because that's exactly what I'm going to do with yours. And as you will recall, I'm not the only one who had problems with YOUR posts last week. So it's probably better that you and I don't communicate at all. Nina
