Hey Kell

One thing that I am doing to keep myself up as I am unemployed as well is

reading the daily affirmations for ACOAs. Each day is a new one. It is hard for

me to break the old habits of negative thinking etc. I got a used copy of amazon

for not that much.

so, so sorry for the way it's going right now.

I'm glad you're seeing a professional for help. Keep posting with us; I think

you'll be encouraged and strengthened and maybe surprised at how many people are

experiencing what you are as well.

I can imagine what you're going through. It really is hell.
