Guest guest Posted August 14, 2011 Report Share Posted August 14, 2011 It's so funny how my mind works. It all started during the week. The week was VERY stressful at work and at home. I noticed I started eating when I wasn't even close to hungry. This feeling of being unable to stop came over me and it was pure fear. Did it stop me from eating? No! Yesterday I finally calmed the fear by deciding to get back to my trusty lowcarb diet. Started eagerly planning my meals and searching for new recipes. I even ordered a cookbook online Old habits die hard, folks! Thank the Lord I came to my senses this morning. This is a journey to health and it's not going to be a quick trip.
