Had a few binge issues this weekend

It's so funny how my mind works. It all started during the week. The week was VERY stressful at work and at home. I noticed I started eating when I wasn't even close to hungry. This feeling of being unable to stop came over me and it was pure fear. Did it stop me from eating? No! Yesterday I finally calmed the fear by deciding to get back to my trusty lowcarb diet. Started eagerly planning my meals and searching for new recipes. I even ordered a cookbook online :) Old habits die hard, folks! Thank the Lord I came to my senses this morning. This is a journey to health and it's not going to be a quick trip. Have a great rest of the weekend!
