Guest guest
Hey there, just an intuitive hit, but when I'm thinking a lot about eating w/o hunger it's usually a battle with the internalized food police, or I have some old emotional tape playing that I'm trying to ignore. I am not always willing/able to go into an emotional process - so for me just being willing to slow down and get a little closer to what's behind the perceived desire to eat is a step up. But I'm still in the learning curve about simply slowing down and meeting myself where I am. These are just my thoughts - your posts helped me re-think some of my more unconscious eating patterns this past week and the forces that drive them;thanks for sharing. > > OK, I've eaten dinner, and now I'm eating more pistachio nuts. >
