@Christel: My reference book called " Nutritional Healing " lists 10000 IU's of

Beta Carotene as the second most important supplement after acidophilis. It says

take until healing (of worms). ?? Obviously for a child it would have to be

adjusted but if the child has worms, maybe doing the Vit A protocol can help!

Immunoglobulin A. On my son's stool lab, he was VERY low in IgA.

@Caryn: Okay a few questions. When you saw the worms, were you treating at the

time? Was it in a diaper--was it OBVIOUS looking? I am just wondering how long

a de-worming process can take.....

that simply means he is immune, you want to look for 10 times expected levels, you want not just possitive or negitives but numbers

We had titers done for MMR for my daughter to see if she was still immune and therefore did not have to get another MMR vaccination. Her titers were high enough (I don't know numbers or how that all works) that our DAN! said she was still immune and we could show she did not need another MMR vaccine. But my question is, does that mean she likely has the measles virus in her system? Should I ask him about doing Vitamin A with her based on this? Thanks,

My son has all the same symptoms of a parasite infection. Also I have been studying about why my son smells so sweet all the time. We just had his blood drawn and it's not MSUD or diabetes, and the only other explanation for this could be a possible parasite infection. We did a stool and test and it came up negative and his IGA was super high...not low like everyone else is saying that it tipped them off that they had a parasite infection....Could anyone help!!

I would love to really get some help with this if anyone is pretty knowledgeable in this area!!!!

Thank you!

Yes yes and again, yes!!! this is the biggest thing on all my son's tests. He has three different parasites. (which our CDSA did not find, only a specialist found them, so I encourage everyone to question results that come back negative.) He has pretty much zero secretory IgA as well, so many low level food allergies, all, in my opinion, caused by parasites. We are still waiting for our test results after treatment, to see where we stand, but he is doing SO great. I'm so going to look into the vitamin A thing too, so thank you for posting this!!Oh, and my son is allergic to carrots, nasty bugs don't want me giving him any LOL!!!>> So I wrote a day or so ago and mentioned I think my son has parasites for these recent reasons:> > Chewing> Nose Picking> Tactile issues> Sound sensitivity (returned after going away about 80%)> VERBAL STIMMING> > I learned from Dr. Oz online that if you have high fecal fats (fats not digesting) your stool will float in the toilet and that is a parasite "flag". My DAN! pediatrician disagrees with this. He believes it helps with other

viruses as well (maybe not all of them, but at least some of them.) Or maybe he

feels it helps the immune system in general - not sure of his exact thinking.

Whenever my kids are sick with a virus, he recommends that we administer the

high vit A protocol.

it would vary from kid to kid depending on where their blood levels are at. if you have a kid with lower then you would need more, if you have a kid with high I would NOT recommend a vit A protical as well

@Christel: My reference book called "Nutritional Healing" lists 10000 IU's of Beta Carotene as the second most important supplement after acidophilis. It says take until healing (of worms). ?? Obviously for a child it would have to be adjusted but if the child has worms, maybe doing the Vit A protocol can help!> >> > So I wrote a day or so ago and mentioned I think my son has parasites for these recent reasons:> > > > Chewing> > Nose Picking> > Tactile issues> > Sound sensitivity (returned after going away about 80%)> > VERBAL STIMMING> > > > I learned from Dr. Oz online that if you have high fecal fats (fats not digesting) your stool will float in the toilet and that is a parasite "flag". My son had high fecal fats on one lab. Also learned that parasites diminish Immunoglobulin A. On my son's stool lab, he was VERY low in IgA.> > > > Then I was following the thread here on the Vit A protocol (my son never had MMR) and read that kids are responding to the therapy even though no MMR.> > > > So I read in my reference book "Nutritional Healing" under the Parasite diagnosis that the SECOND MOST important thing listed after Acidophilis is *BETA CAROTENE at 50,000 IU's a day* until healed.> > > > Any other parent treated parasites and found great gains?> >>

it would vary from kid to kid depending on where their blood levels are at. if you have a kid with lower then you would need more, if you have a kid with high I would NOT recommend a vit A protical as well

what are you concitering "high" yes vit A in general helps an immune system but the high dose protical is not meant to be done that way and has strong warnings against being used for anything other then high measles titers

My DAN! pediatrician disagrees with this. He believes it helps with other viruses as well (maybe not all of them, but at least some of them.) Or maybe he feels it helps the immune system in general - not sure of his exact thinking. Whenever my kids are sick with a virus, he recommends that we administer the high vit A protocol.>> vit A protical is ONLY for measels just to mentiont that>

How much of the Black walnut / Wormwood complex do you give? For how long? I

just looked it up. A one oz alcohol free bottle of Nature's Answer Black Walnut

Wormwood Complex is $2.00 at www.nuvalife.com

It said free shipping on your first order & $5.00 off. I was wondering how much

I should buy. I have 4 children with autism. I suspect we have parasites!

Trust in the Lord with all thine heart and lean not unto thine own

understanding. In all thy ways, acknowledge Him and He shall direct thy paths.

Proverbs 3:5-6

I second your dan. Vitamin A is a powerful antioxidant, so it helps with many, many things...not just viruses. I think people lose sight of it's usefulness as it tends to get overshadowed by vitamin c, acai and all the other celebrity supps that come and go. It's good, good stuff!
