How long is the surgical incision and where is the incision? Any problems with

dislocation after surgery? Who is considered the most qualified surgeon? Does

anyone remember the male ballet dancer featured a while ago....would he be

available to talk with? Is anyone available in the group who had the procedure

done

at least 10 years ago?
