Guest guest
, I am so glad you put it about the years of "unintuitive eating" behind us. Yes ... now we are working our way into more normal and delightful thinking. TaiTo: IntuitiveEating_Support Sent: Friday, August 19, 2011 11:05 AMSubject: New Day. New Post. New Topic. Good morning, everyone. I enjoyed reading the posts from yesterday and last night. There are so many good things that we can learn from each other. I know that I would someday like to say that I am a long term intuitive eater. I would love to put the decades of "un-intuitive" eating behind me. I have found this to be a goal worth lots of time and effort. It isn't easy, and my path has been a bit bumpy - sometimes the bumps are pretty hard. The days when I wait for true hunger and stop as soon as my body (not my brain or my heart) is satisfied are very rewarding. There is lots to unlearn. I have decades of searching for a solution from outside of my body and manipulating every morsel that goes into my mouth. I am exhausted with all of it, and I want my life back!! I wish all of you a peaceful day of intuitive eating. Waiting for the rumble,
Guest guest
, You said it so well! Don't know why this has been such a revelation to me, but it has been. Jane when I am truly hungry, my body wants healthy > foods in healthy amounts. When I am eating for reasons other than true > hunger, neither of these is the case. > Waiting for the rumble, , IE since 7/2011
