Thar's very interesting Nina. I thought the feeling of obstruction in

my throat was caused by dryness from the Sjogren's. I did not think

about the throat cartilige becoming inflamed through active RA. I am

not that old and they say it is more common in the elderly arthritic

but it is the most logical explanation for the symptoms I notice there.

It could be. I have the sneaky kind of arthritis.
