One thing that helps me is stopping and asking myself, " What do I need right now that I'm not getting? " Then I listen for the answer. Based on the answer I see if I can satisfy that need with something other than food. Sometimes it's nurturing so I call a friend. Sometimes its self-care so I take a bath with candles. Sometimes it's love so I ask for it from those around me. That helps. When I do it. > > > > > > I just weighed myself.
