Guest guest
I'm really, really, really struggling with the diet mentality. I do well with IE, then I get off track and think of past diets or go searching for a new diet. I do want to be free. I feel I can't do it alone and need one on one support. Anyone else feel this way? OR want this type of support?DebbieSubject: Principle #1 - Reject the Diet MentalityTo: IntuitiveEating_Support Date: Saturday, November 19, 2011, 1:09 PM Throw out the diet books and magazine articles that offer you the false hope of losing weight quickly, easily, and permanently. Get angry at the lies that have led you to feel as if you were a failure every time a new diet stopped working and you gained back all of the weight. If you allow even one hope to linger that a new and better diet might be lurking around the corner, it will prevent you from being free to rediscover Intuitive Eating.
