Guest guest
Hey everyone, I love the discussion we're having about winter blues, and I just had another question related to that. Does anyone find that your hunger signals get wonky in the winter? Either I don't wait to get hungry, or my hunger feels much different than the rest of the year. In the winter, I rarely feel hunger in my stomach. Instead, I always feeling rather munchy regardless of hunger or fullness, then I start thinking about food more, and finally i get a headache and feel dizzy. I totally bypass the stomach hunger stage, so when I do manage to wait until I'm hungry to eat, I'm usually too hungry and hard to satisfy. Thoughts, anyone?
