Oh I agree Mex. I think it would be horriffic. I don't lack empathy

towards those with BPD. I just wish more of them would seek treatment and

be honest & get the help they need!

LOL, the " mexie " part probably was due to the pain meds but I'm glad you

like it lol.

I'm sure not offended! I'm glad you're not either. See, we're all so

worried about offending each other when really we're just trying to help

support each other =) I guess we really do walk on eggshells sometimes, eh?

I totally get what you mean about the blowing up after setting limits. I

tried so hard to set boundaries with my nada but for her it was more of a

personal challenge to bring them down. It did nothing in the way of

actually having her " back off " or " behave " so to speak.

But please, no worries! I obviously can't speak for everyone, but you sure

didn't offend me. This is part of the healing process, learning about BPD,

about ourselves & seperating fact from fiction.

I would add that I don't want a BP around ME............when you have been hurt

a lot, you have a RIGHT to set firm boundaries.
