Guest guest
Oh I agree Mex. I think it would be horriffic. I don't lack empathy towards those with BPD. I just wish more of them would seek treatment and be honest & get the help they need! Mia > > > Thank you for the clarification Mia and I will speak to my therapist about > it. Guest guest
LOL, the " mexie " part probably was due to the pain meds but I'm glad you like it lol. I'm sure not offended! I'm glad you're not either. See, we're all so worried about offending each other when really we're just trying to help support each other =) I guess we really do walk on eggshells sometimes, eh? I totally get what you mean about the blowing up after setting limits. I tried so hard to set boundaries with my nada but for her it was more of a personal challenge to bring them down. It did nothing in the way of actually having her " back off " or " behave " so to speak. But please, no worries! I obviously can't speak for everyone, but you sure didn't offend me. This is part of the healing process, learning about BPD, about ourselves & seperating fact from fiction. Mia >
Guest guest
I would add that I don't want a BP around ME............when you have been hurt a lot, you have a RIGHT to set firm boundaries.
