Re the one-day-at-a-time tool, that served me lots when I began too. I also decided to apply the one-meeting(post)-each-day-for-30-days concept (borrowed from 12 step groups) not in a 'commitment' attitude, but as something to help me 'boost' myself into IE. Keeping IE in my day let me 'have it' even when I was feeling like I 'lost it' - lol.
