Guest guest
I hope you all can practice some of those tips to help yourself " live " a little more. The article really hit home w/me, cuz I am like a neurotic A-type personality who multitasks likes nobody's business. Armyinlaw, the transformation you describe is what I consider the break from depression that I am so grateful for. Some ppl see the world through rose-colored glasses. We, on the contrary, have been taught to see the world in gray. There are other colors that exist! We've got to start living in reality. > > > > Article on MSN, small tips for small steps away from depression. > > > > http://health.msn.com/health-topics/adhd/articlepage.aspx?cp-documentid=10026697\ 5 & GT1=31001 > > >
