What an awesome link. I tend to dwell on the past or project into the future.

neither are good. For so reason, It's hard for me to live in the present, so

thank you for that, I found it very insightful!

I hope you all can practice some of those tips to help yourself " live " a little

more. The article really hit home w/me, cuz I am like a neurotic A-type

personality who multitasks likes nobody's business. Armyinlaw, the

transformation you describe is what I consider the break from depression that I

am so grateful for. Some ppl see the world through rose-colored glasses. We, on

the contrary, have been taught to see the world in gray. There are other colors

that exist! We've got to start living in reality.
