Help with free meds from companies

I just read that big changes (not good) are coming regarding help with free drugs once the Medicare drug coverage starts next year.

I don't know how much that's going to help considering that big donut in the middle of the drug coverage. And companies may offer less to people who have Medicare. That Medicare drug coverage is a joke IMHO.
