Hi Nina,

My Rheumatologist has me on Flexeril for my Fibro. It is a muscle relaxer and

it helps you sleep too. Some people develop a tolerance to it but it is worth

a

shot! Some people take Provigil (sp?) for their fatigue but I haven't tried

that

yet. I am doing pretty well with the Flexeril and the Acupuncture.

I used to take Flexeril. I have some samples and a prescription the rheumy gave me but I never had filled. It makes me so sleepy!

My fibro has been raging for the last 2 month. I know it is because I

am not sleeping well. Seems like I get up all night long and I'm

exhausted and hurt the next day. In the last 6 week I have been on 3

different types of sleeping medication, none of which do the job. I

see my RD next Wednesday for my 2nd Remicade infusion and I'm going to

ask him about Flexeril or Provigil.

Thanks for the suggestions.

Esther
