Guest guest
Hi Nina, My Rheumatologist has me on Flexeril for my Fibro. It is a muscle relaxer and it helps you sleep too. Some people develop a tolerance to it but it is worth a shot! Some people take Provigil (sp?) for their fatigue but I haven't tried that yet. I am doing pretty well with the Flexeril and the Acupuncture. > ----- Original Message ----- > From: Esther Gallegos > > > Fibro is a form of arthritis and until it was diagnosed and treated I > couldn't get rid of the extreme fatigue and the all over pain/ache, > even my hair hurt. Guest guest
My fibro has been raging for the last 2 month. I know it is because I am not sleeping well. Seems like I get up all night long and I'm exhausted and hurt the next day. In the last 6 week I have been on 3 different types of sleeping medication, none of which do the job. I see my RD next Wednesday for my 2nd Remicade infusion and I'm going to ask him about Flexeril or Provigil. Thanks for the suggestions.
