Guest guest Posted January 10, 2011 Report Share Posted January 10, 2011 My little friend s name is Shadow. She is a 15 year old Border Collie. And a faithful and loyal friend. Her kidney s are losing efficiency. Her back leg is losing strength and collapsing under her. She is throwing up most of what she eats for that last few days. I can t get her to take a snack, a bit of cheese, or an anti biotic. She s lying here at my feet, in front of the fireplace, under my favorite blanket, sleeping. I think that soon she will sleep forever. I know this comes when you have dogs, but I m really very sad about the prospect of losing her.
