Thanks for your response. Would you mind sharing what his IGg sub-classes were.

We looked into IVIG, but DS had only high IgA - all his other IGg sub-classes

were withing range. Hence, we decided against IVIG.

Hi Arpita,

My son also has high measles and is +ve IgM on the Anne Connolly test. In

addition we did the CAM KINASE test (Cunningham test) which was also elevated

(this is supposed to be high in PANDAS). Also my son has normal IgG levels.

Still my DAN thinks IVIG is the best treatment possible. He approached my

insurance company and we got approval for IVIG and so we will be doing IVIG next

week.

Umesh, we are also doing 1st (God pray only) IVIG next week for dd5 with

high/severe PANDAS.
