Guest guest
I am happy to say that I bought a bag of a sweet treat, where you measure out the amount you want, and did not eat all of it. I stopped halfway through and thought, gee, I'm feeling full. I've had enough. I brought the rest home. It is sitting on my counter and it is not calling me. I do not feel the need to eat it. Hooray! Guest guest
That's great, and it feels amazing, even after we've had a handle on IE for awhile. Freedom is my favorite part about IE! I went to The Cheesecake Factory with friends the other day and I ordered exactly what I wanted, ate as much as I wanted and left feeling awesome. I had a great time. Less than a year ago, I would have completely focused on the food and probably stuffed myself until I was sick. It's wonderful to be able to enjoy life instead of spend it thinking about food!
