Is the coach expensive? I was hoping someone on here might want to be buddies. Someone who has been doing this for a while.Debbie

Throw out the diet books and magazine articles that offer you the false hope of losing weight quickly, easily, and permanently. Get angry at the lies that have led you to feel as if you were a failure every time a new diet stopped working and you gained back all of the weight. If you allow even one hope to linger that a new and better diet might be lurking around the corner, it will prevent you from being free to rediscover Intuitive Eating.

Debbie I have found that this entire group is my 'buddy'! Not only is it free,

but I get a lot broader range of feedback than from a person or two.

As an aside, I've wondered if an 'call' time with some set up like Skype might

be a fun IE chat option? Not sure what the limits # of people that service or

others can manage, but one would need a headset with microphone for talking.

Another thought anyway.

Debbie, you are most welcome to do-it-yourself here too. Introduce a topic that

you want to learn more about and I'm sure you will get lots of feedback and

comments too.

Best wishes, Katcha

Who sent in a message about a free coach and a link.  I seem to have lost it.  Sandy
