Hi Val,

Happy New year all!

I've been on NT now for 3 weeks (cleared my RT3) and thought I was doing pretty

well on it EXCEPT that I am now experiencing unexplained bruises again (arms and

legs). I was on 60 mcg of T3 those last weeks of my 12 week period before I

switched as that seemed to be enough for me and now I am taking 2 grains of NT.

I tried to raise my NT by 1/2 or even 1/4 grain but I get a pounding heart. My

ferritin was close to 70 last time I had it checked so I think I'm OK there.

Any ideas? I am 19 weeks pregnant as well.

Thanks so much,

in Ca

Vitamin C and it's relatives hesperiden, rutin, (and many otherrelated

compounds) are responsible for keeping the cell membranes and capillaries

strong.

I'm NOT saying this is the problem....BUT....it;s worth a try!!!

emergen-c is a good brand in a packet in a box of maybe 20? and you might

want to try it 3 or 4 times a day to see if it helps. it makes a fizzy

dring. I dont like fizzy, so i put it in 1/3 cup and swallow it as fast as

i can.

it also has some minerals etc. that's what I suggest

PS

pregnancy puts a HUGE pressure on your vascular system that will last

throughout the entire pregnancy!!!

you need to get a REALLY good vitamin and mineral formula...not the

prenatal crap they sell in drug stores usually.

20 percent of preg women can have a stroke because of the pressure on

their arteries and veins.

get also vitamin E ....the real one ....NOT the fake one....how to tell?

the real one is d-alpha tocopherol,,,,,,the fake is dl-alphatocopherol.

see the little " L " after the letter " d " ?

tell yourself.... " L " means LOUSEY!!!
