Adaptive Technology: Voice recoders to computer text?

Probably a question best for but basicaly its for anyone who

might know what this adaptive tech peice is called. I want to look into

geting a little hand held recorder that will record voice (like mine)

and put it into the computer as text. I figure Kierzwell converts voice

to text but what's the little device called? Anyone know?
