Guest guest Posted June 14, 2011 Report Share Posted June 14, 2011 I find that if I do deep breathing while I'm waiting at the doctors office, my blood pressure will be normal when they take it. I continue the deep breathing as they are taking my blood pressure. I almost go into a meditative state. It works and I have been able to go off of one of my medications. The book I have been making my way through is nne on's Miracles on Weight Loss. Don't let the title fool you. It really is an IE book and she gives some great exercises to do to really get in touch with food and why we eat and also loving our bodies/ourselves. I read the book through and now I am taking my time to do the exercises. It really is a transformational book and I highly recommend it.
