OMG, MY DAUGHTER DOES THE SAME THING. I TOOK HER TO THE PEDIATRICIAN,

THEY DID BLOODWORK AND DETERMINED THERE WERE NO ISSUES. PERSONALLY, I

DON'T BUY IT. I THINK EVERYTHING THEY DO SHOULD BE READ INTO JUST TO

RULE OUT ANY ISSUE THAT MAY BE CONTRIBUTING TO THEIR OVERALL STRESS. I

WILL CHECK OUT DR S. SUGGESTIONS.

Craving salt

Check her adrenals and thyroid. You can determine if you need more

adrenal support with a temperature graph.

You simply have to take your temp 3-4 times a day and make a chart.

If your temp is fluctuating you need more adrenal support. If it is

fluctuating but overall low, you need more adrenal support and thyroid

support. If it is fluctuating but averaging 98.6, you just need adrenal

support. If it is steady but low, you need more thyroid and adrenals

are likely fine.

Craving salt is often a sign of adrenal distress, which many of our

kids have.
