Daily MindfulnessIf living mindfully means being aware of all of the details in our life, aren't we already living that way? After all most of us know exactly what is going on around us, being aware of the good and bad. But mindfulness is more than that. It is a combination of what is going on, how we feel, staying focused on our dreams and being prepared to change whatever is not in synch with what we want in our reality. Being mindful is a daily practice, one which will enrich our life and connect us with everything we want. When we begin to become mindful of the details of our life we can become aware of the pain, hurt, disappointment and problems that are there. Rather than see them as evidence of our limitations, we can move one step beyond, to remembering that we create our reality. Any limitations that exist are our creation and it is within our power to transform them into something different. Being mindful allows us to examine these things in detail so we can see the truth and allow change to happen. Our feelings play an important role in mindful living because they act as a barometer of the results of our efforts. We may be able to convince ourselves that we are happy on a mind level but our feelings will show us the truth. Acknowledging that we are unhappy or dissatisfied allows us to open up to new options and create something that can bring us joy. Being mindful means being aware of every aspect of our reality, acknowledging what 'is' and then focusing our intention on changing whatever does not resonate with joy.Being mindful can make us aware of the gap between our gifts and how we are using them. If we have the urge to teach, heal, write, or create something different, our mindful practice will make us more aware of those urges and then doors will begin to open. The Universe asks only that we are willing; it will take care of the rest. And when we live in a mindful way we become aware of the unlimited help, support and guidance the Universe offers us because living mindfully puts us in the realm of possibilities, opportunities and manifestation

In perfect love and Perfect Trust

Yes, mindfulness, a very, very important part of totally Br-

ing in the present, I totally loved this message, again so many

loving reminders of self-love and self-respect. *bow of love and

respect to you* It truly helps me to be happier and in turn ripples

out to all my brothers and sisters! Thank you so much! Namaste, Luna
