Guest guest
I so can identify with this Sandy! As much as I did overeat, I also would UNDEReat when I was 'busy'! When I get into a project or activity I do not want to stop before I finish. Finishing seems to be very important to me, to the point of pushing hunger aside. And the usual results of doing that was to OVEReat when I did finally do so. I've gotten a little better at being able to pause in my activities to get a small snack or such, but it remains a challenge for me too. ehugs, Katcha IEing since March 2007 > > Tai, I find that when I am engrossed in doing something I love especially, I > forget all about eating or IE or weight.
