Gosh Tai, I wish I had a better way to dig back through all the older posts here

- there was an excellent round of posts on eating out a few years back. (maybe

you could look for yourself?) One of my challenges with eating out was being a

Clean Plate person. Not only did eating out represent a 'treat' to me (expense,

not cooking, no washing up etc.), if the food was especially tasty, leaving any

would be such a 'waste'! I've since learned that the real word is WAIST (ha ha).

I got to where I could feel fullness, ask for a take out carrier and re-enjoy

the rest again later at home. Food really does taste better when not overfull

AND its fun to extend that 'treat' beyond the restaurant!

Best to you, Katcha

struggling with these issues, too, or at least been well aware of them. :-) My

main issue is not being prepared with foods handy that I enjoy. And eating out.

That really scares me, I love to eat out. Tai
