I got a positive Lyme from Igenex (see below) I used western blot IgG. My husband was negative on the western blot and positive on the Luat (Lyme urine antigen test) kids were positive on Lyme urine antigen test. take antibiotics before the test -- even take different types of antibiotics if you have them (eg biaxin a few days and then mino a few days) to help bring out the germ. my hubby was positive for babesiosis -- the rest of family was negative. We treated everyone and I beleive we still have the parasite, but perhaps it is held at bay by immune system. Igenex will ship the materials for the test ie the kit to your door free of charge and then you can take it to your doctor. Use one of these Labs or you will completely jeopardize the test. best of luck and stick with it!! kathy
