Started Cytomel, when should I except some improvement?

Hi Val,

Started Cytomel only as you suggested and have made my way to 100mcg. Been on it

for 3-4 days. How long does it take for one to start feeling better?

I know I'being impatient. But I was hoping to lift a little of the brain fog.

I generally recommend 75mcg at abotu 6 weeksk thne goin gup SLOWLY from

there by 5mcg increments. SO that would put oyu at 100mcg at 12 week smark.

I could never tell ANY differnve swallowing it or sublingually so I just

swallow mine.
