Ok,

guys I have a 3 lb. pork loin center cut roast. How do I cook it?

Do I marinate it? and especially how can I cook it while I am at

work? Can it be done in the crock pot? See I forgot to clean

my oven which has a lot of fat in the bottom of it as the last roast I

cooked I had a piece of fat laying over the top and it moved and hung out

of the pan. Anyway my automatic cleaner says it will be cleaning

for three hours so I can't cook the roast today. Should I just freeze

it for another time maybe? All tips appreciateda

The recipe calls for a 2 pound roast. Since yours is 3 pounds, I

would say cook it about 20 mins longer.
