I don't know how to read my body...

Hi(and happy new year! to you all),

I think I can use some advice... I started taking T3 only (cynomel) 13 days ago.

I started with 25 mg, since I was taking 3 grains of Armour before. I am also on

30 mg cortisol.

I have been charting my temps and pulse but I really can't see any clear trend.

However I get other symptoms... both my wrists have started to hurt tremendously

(I can barely use my hands to hold myself). I have had this symptom before, on

and off before starting with thyroid treatment (a year and a half ago). When

adjusting the dose of Armour it was one of the " telling symptoms " for me, this

and the back pain, which would go away every rise, to return when it was time

for another rise.

So I decided to go up with T3, first adding 6.25 and since yesterday I am on

37.5. However now I tend to get nauseous. I felt nauseous with Armour before

taking cortisol so I though it indicated my addrenals couldn't cope. But I have

to say that I sometimes got nauseous before I even suspected I had thyroid

issues. Since my teens, mostly on spring, I would get anxious and nauseous and

felt terrible for a while. I still don't understand why.

I am aslo getting headaches (mild but unpleasant). I just seem to have both hypo

and hyper symptoms together and pulse and temperatures are not really helping me

to discern what is going on.

Any imput would be most appreciated, thanks a lot,
