Guest guest
That study is actually saying to take ascorbic acid with your meals so we can absorb the iron from them. It does not recommend to take iron supps. Here is a good iron supp if needed http://www.iherb.com/Bluebonnet-Nutrition-Chelated-Iron-90-Vcaps/11571?at=0 You take eight a day. Four tablets in two lots. Sky To: RT3_T3 Sent: Tue, 5 January, 2010 11:23:19 AMSubject: Re: Re: RT3 cleared so fast? Should I try Armour/Erfa? I take ascorbic acid with my iron all the time. otherwise I'd have constipation. And i've known for a long time that ascorbic acid helps iron be absorbed. But not me it seems. Maybe i should try another brand? but i've noticed my magnesium is low as well, and platelets, and can't remember what else. See what's on at the movies in your area. Find out now. Guest guest
I was not implying that you were vegetarian. This study proves that if vegetarians can get there ferritin up just my adding vitc to there meals then surely it would benefit meat eaters even more.
