Dear Alice,

OH MY GOODNESS!! I had no idea about pork. I just had pork

chops today...I am going to try this, and still, I am not even sure I

will EVER eat pork again, icky! **Alice, this in NO WAY is in

regards to you on a personal level** I am a person whom also does not

eat red meats, now I believe it is truly time to go ahead and be a

pesco-vegetarian. I have tried to be full vegan but unfortunately my

body needed more. I supplemented but it didnt seem to keep my iron

levels and enzymes up in my liver, so ah, trying to keep details

short, hehe I am So going to do that with the pork! WOW! I truly

thank you, this is LIFE saving information, my sweet one!!
