" Keep asking the questions without the expectation or pressure to stop, and I

think it will get more and more natural. " Thanks. I'm work on remembering that

- feels important.

difficult. Earlier I was eating something that wasn't working for my body but it

tasted good and still has that glimmer of the forbidden. I am working on

unforbidding - but old habits die hard.

witnessed a little tug of war - another taste, another " do I really want this " ,

a silent " gimme! " back and forth for quite a while. Then, eventually I stopped.

I don't think that I was in charge though, I think I'd just had enough for the

same reasons that cause me to stop at any other time. Any more and I'd have

probably been sick as I'm feeling a little congested right now anyway and this

sugary thing would have sent me over the edge very easily.

inside of me where getting sick and staying home and watching tv for several

days without interruption sounds like Heaven. That's new - yes, I want some

serious time out! Ha! And, I don't have to get sick to have it!

now for that summer bikini " - not the same at all. Boy oh boy.
