Guest guest Posted October 12, 2011 Report Share Posted October 12, 2011 You may also start to feel that this whole waiting until hunger and stopping when full business gets to be a drag and feels like the diet rules you thought you rejected by embracing IE.LOL, Mimi, I know myself well enough to know that my default position is always to make rules about things, and it will happen here as well, but I think it is part of the process to become aware of that and then respond to it when it occurs.
