Guest guest
Kym: Yes, if in doubt call the dr. Try cold and flush yourbody with water. I have found that Bob drinks Arizona green tea with honey and it instantly flushes and it really helps with urinary. Barb tells me Ken swore off of caffeine because it makes him itch but for Bob it works. I remember this from Aubrey, I think when he was in ICU and his brother brought him tea to help stimulate the kidneys to work again. A lot of reports are saying tea and coffee are good for a lot of things. I even use camomile tea to help with sleep for Bob and me. It may be an old remedy but worth a try until you get to dr. I don't know if decaffinated tea works the same. Barb or someone can find the articles. You go girlfriend and call the dr. maybe the Naltraxone is not working or is causing the itch. Guest guest
I would also add to keep your body hydrated with fluids which will help and green tea helps me also. I drink green de-café hot tea every night and every morning also. You might also have to increase your URSO volume if you are taking this medicine. Guest guest
Hi Kym I have never meticulously analysed it but I am sure that fatty food (eg fish & chips) is worse for itching as well as fatigue. If I eat chocolate I feel knackered and often the itching (which I get mainly on my feet) is worse. Rifampicin has worked for me 4 the itching. Strangely if I jump on a trampoline my feet itch like crazy & when i stand up in the am. As far as I know itching has little to do with the severity of disease eg cirrhosis can be severe, but not much itching or minimal and u can have tons of itching. Guest guest
I am sorry, sorry we're all going through all of this. And the strange thing is it wasn't worry, it was just this sudden dread...this sudden strong sense of impending doom (mine) I "talked" to Mike, he said the check should be here by Mon or Tues. I hope it is, and that it is good... ~*~Hugs~*~ ~*~Akiba~*~ -- help > >>> > >>> > >>> > >>> I'm pretty much trying to avoid a full-blown panic attack right now. > >>> Please send me calming energies. > >>> > >>> ~*~Hugs~*~ > >>> ~*~Akiba~*~ > >>> [image: FREE Animations for your email - by IncrediMail!
