Breakfast 2 coffees 1cheddarwurst 5.5 Lunch chicken breast and ranch drsg 1 Dinner flax cereal with Davinci syrup and cream (this is becoming an addiction - I no longer think of it as " wierd " ) 1cheddarwurst 1/2 Italian sausage with meat sauce and parmesan 6 Snack A few pistachios and a slice of cheese 2 Total - 14.5 Not enough green leafy stuff here - will do better tomorrow - Chris Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
