Guest guest
Just to give an update for any of you who had been following my journey about my liver. My lab work (liver enzymes) are much better. I don't know why, but they are. I have to increase my thyroid medication though. I'm not sure there is any relationship. The first meal I had after I got the news was so enjoyable. I didn't realize how much tension I was still harboring over the liver diagnosis. And I had started putting food into the forbidden category. Or perhaps the not honoring my body group. The other night I actually had a steak but I don't usually eat red meat anyway. It wasn't all that good and I took half of it home from the restaurant. I'd much rather have fish. Sandy
Guest guest
That is such GREAT news Sandy! I am not surprised since you really have been treating your body better this last year and I'm sure that has had a positive impact on it. I remember how lovely it felt to have better lab results with my cholesterol readings after I had been doing IE for some time. I really think that listening to our own bodies is honoring the 'core' needs and allowing our bodies to function best. Good job and so wonderful to have you sharing your inspiring news too. ehugs, Katcha IEing since March 2007 > > Just to give an update for any of you who had been following my journey about my liver.
