Just to give an update for any of you who had been following my journey about my

liver. My lab work (liver enzymes) are much better. I don't know why, but they

are. I have to increase my thyroid medication though. I'm not sure there is

any relationship. The first meal I had after I got the news was so enjoyable. I

didn't realize how much tension I was still harboring over the liver diagnosis.

And I had started putting food into the forbidden category. Or perhaps the not

honoring my body group. The other night I actually had a steak but I don't

usually eat red meat anyway. It wasn't all that good and I took half of it home

from the restaurant. I'd much rather have fish. Sandy

Indeed! I'm not surprised either, but what a relief it must be. You are

honoring your body, and that's sure to make you healthier.

I really liked the book Health at Every Size, and all it's information about the

MISinformation the media and our doctors even give us about eight and health.

Thanks for sharing your news.
